TTK25 Computer Vision for Control

Instructor: Christian Schellewald

The course will be given in English.

Course information For this course a selection of papers that are of interest for the participants and have a topic that can be related to Computer Vision and/or robotics will be assigned to the students. Each student will hold a short presentation (~15minutes+ ~5 minutes questions) based on the assigned paper and some other students will ask a few questions. We will have a selection of papers one can choose from, but students can also propose a topic/paper to present. Knowledge gained through TTK4255-Robotic Vision will make the understanding easier.

Tasks during the course: Hold one ~13minute (+5 minutes questions/discussion) presentation of a relevant paper. Read at least one paper before the other Sessions (for the sessions when the students are not giving a presentation) and prepare 4-5 questions and have an opinion about the paper. Questions will be asked after the paper-presentation . Examination: There will be an oral exam at the end of the course. This is about the presented paper and 2-3 additional papers read during the course.
